Potomac Case Management Services is a not-for profit human service agency
with the following mission:
Potomac Case Management Services, Inc. enhances
the quality of life
and maintains independence for
individuals of the tri-state community
through the use of advocacy and
partnerships.
The programs currently provided include:
- General Case Management provides case management
to individuals with a mental health diagnosis. The goal of this
program is to keep individuals in the community and out of
higher levels of care.
- The Washington County Diversion Program is a service that
Works with first-time juvenile offenders with the goal of lowering
the number of youth entering the juvenile justice system.
- The In-Home Behavior Health Program works with parents
involved with the Department of Social Services with the goal
of increasing parenting skills and knowledge which enable
the children to remain safely in their homes.
PCMS is HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant.
